Self-Locking Rotor System

    • No need to fix the rotor by screw or push the button to lock or unlock the rotor.
    • Automatic rotor identification (PAT.)
    • Optimized running condition is automatically adjusted.
      (such as compensating for air friction and implement temperature control)

Non-Contact Imbalance Protection (PAT.)

  • Continuous measurement of oscillation over the entire rpm range

  • Enables to obtain high-reproducibility separation.

Pre-cooling Chamber (PAT.)

  • Maintaining temperature inside chamber room at low temperature with preventing from icing, in order to reach target temperature shortly

    Notes:
  • * The start and end of revolution can be controlled by inputting their time and date. This is the same function as the RTC of the CP-WX/CP-MX/CS-GXL Series ultracentrifuge.
  • The CR-GⅢ Series centrifuges must be operated with the automatically identifiable rotors in order to confirm to the CE marking requirments. The following rotors are not equipped with the automatically identification function.
    When using the rotors below, please place an order the CR-GⅢ Series centrifuges without CE mark.
    Rotors to be used with CR-GⅢ Series without CE marking.
    Rotor Models : R17A, R16AF, R12A, R12A2, R11D, R10A, R6S , R18C , R13C and R10C.
    Due to time elapsed, we highly recommend to retire following rotors if you still use ;
    Rotor Models : RPR20-2, RPR20-3, RPR20-4, RPR18-3, RPR16, RPR12-2, RPR10-2, RPPR9-2.

    Cautions during installation:
  • To optimize the heat exchange efficiency of the refrigerator unit, install in a space according to the specifications.
  • Install on a stable floor.
  • Avoid installation near equipment that could be a heat source, or in direct sunlight.
  • An extension cord should not be used.
  • The heat radiation rate of the centrifuge is about 2.3 kw (about 2,000 kcal/h).
  • As a safety precaution, ground the equipment properly according to applicable electrical codes.
